Most questions of time used, current rates, line quality, disconnects or
other problems with a specific phone card can be best resolved by contacting
the customer service department for specific
calling card. The customer service number is provided with your
PIN number delivery or is printed on your card.
If this is your first purchase of this card we
recommend to buy only one, to test it for satisfaction. We can not assist
you to resolve the problem, even we may try, because we want to keep your
business and good reputation.
OUR RETURN POLICY:
Once the PIN number is delivered to the customer, the sale is final. The
PIN cannot be returned. If you have a problem with the connection or the
charges,
call the customer service number for the card that is delivered to you
together with access number and PIN code at the time of purchase.

international rate changes, quality of lines, disconnects or closing down of
the long distance carrier or the phone card issuer, so no liability is
assumed in any of the above events.
If you lost your PIN number, call us and we will
give it to you again. If we give you an incorrect pin number or access
number, please contact
us directly for a correction. We do the best we can to find the cards with
the lowest rates for the countries our customers use most.
We do not manufacture phone cards, we only resell them for your
convenience.
